Your data is processed for the purpose of scheduling, documentation and communication by WRO Foundation. Sharing your data is necessary to conclude agreements and settle accounts, as well as to fulfil WRO Foundation’s legal requirements. It applies to all employees, partners, interns, and volunteers. Regarding communication activities such as a newsletter, email, SMS/MMS, or invitations, the sharing of data is voluntary.

Your data is kept securely using WRO Foundation’s appropriate organisational and technological means and its storage for the aforementioned reasons is permanent or temporary, subject to law or contract.

Your data can also be processed temporarily within the visual monitoring system to ensure the security of the audience at WRO Arts Centre. Your data will not be disclosed to a third party, or processed automatically, including the profiling.
