Info

In the first week of the 2018 winter holidays, we would like to invite you to a one-day workshop (two dates to choose from, see above) with Izabela Kościesza and Jarek Kordaczuk, authors of the Which way to the sound installation presented as part of the SYGNAŁY – Interactive Playground exhibition.

How to make music without instruments and singing? Thanks to the hints of the conductor and the choreographer, we will create a sound composition using gestures and movement. We’ll be looking for sounds by getting about between objects on the floor which cover sensors that trigger programmed sounds.

The workshop containa an introduction to rhythmics and learning how to use the sensors and read the map-scores. At the end, we’ll perform a piece of music with a grandiose finale together!

Participation in the workshop is free and the number of places is limited. Please send an e-mail to zapisy@wrocenter.pl (enter “KDD” and date in the e-mail title, and name, surname, child’s age and the contact number to the guardian in the e-mail body).
