WRO Art Center and the Food Think Tank collective invite for a “Play Tomato”.

Opening on July 17 at 6 PM together with a neighboring picnic “View on View” on the square in front of the WRO Art Center.

After the opening events and six weeks of the main WRO 2015 exhibitions, it’s time for the WRO Résumé exhibition, presenting what’s most interesting and important in this year’s Biennale.

By the end of September 2015, you can enjoy the award-winning “Big Dipper” by Michael Candy and “Mistress” by Agata Kus in new arrangement at WRO Art Center, as well as other acclaimed by critics and audience installations, documentations of works, performances and live acts, WRO 2015 international conferences’ talks and other featuring materials catching the atmosphere of the Biennale – everything will be available in a cutting-edge form at the WRO Art Center.

Program of the picnic:

– opening of the WRO 2015 Résumé exhibition and a curatorial tour

– a postcard live act by Anna Kosarewska on the square in front of WRO

– “Play Tomato”: various preserves prepared by the Food Think Tank collective unto Tomasz Hartman’s conception, made from among others the tomatoes of the “Quartet for Tomatoes” installation by Maciej Markowski

– concert of the “Quartet for Tomatoes” by Maciej Markowski

W ostatnim tygodniu wystawa została wzbogacona o nowe prace – realizacji powstałych w czasie warsztatów “Hakowanie sprzętu i technologii” prowadzonych przez Karinę Śmigla-Bobiński, zapowiadających przygotowywany przez Edwina Bendyka projekt Miasto/Laboratorium przyszłości ESK Wrocław 2016.
