Info
In July, our Sunday program for children and parents adopts a different formula. During the summer meetings, we will be looking at the city and architecture with the help of various books collected at WRO especially for this occasion. The activities gathered under the title of Little Polis will be realised in the context of the ongoing Mega-Lo-Polis exhibition.
Every Sunday in July, we invite you to read and browse through books together. We have gathered for you various titles on specific cities, ways of living or different architectural solutions.
There will be plenty of creative activities and guided tours through the Mega-Lo-Polis exhibition, the main part of which is a spectacular installation of a British artist, Stanza, built of 400 broken motherboards, spreading over an area of over 40 square meters, picturing a mock-up city.
Have you got your favourite book about the city at home? Bring it with you! Would you like to recommend some summer city trips to others? Show us your photos! Have you built a city of cartons? Let’s do it together again. Our meetings are open to your suggestions.
Come on in and join! Every Sunday in July at 12.30 PM. It’s free, you don’t need to sign up.
