Our first participant in the International Study Visit Programme at WRO Art Center organized within the framework of the Creative Compass Georgia project is Miriam Grigalashvil.

Miriam Grigalashvili is a cultural manager, curator, and researcher from Georgia. Her work centers on photography, visual storytelling, and the intersections of history, memory, and everyday life.

Over the past decade, she has developed and curated numerous exhibitions, workshops, and cultural initiatives across Georgia, collaborating with artists, photographers, and institutions both locally and internationally.

She is particularly interested in expanding cultural and educational opportunities to places where access to such experiences is limited. Her projects often take shape in collaboration with local communities, combining informal education, art, and research to encourage participation and creative exchange.
