Info

A Thread of Understanding is a series of art workshops for children and teenagers (8+) to be held at the WRO Art Center from February 5 to 9 during the winter break.

Through creative activities using fabrics of different weaves and textures, sensory materials, and various handicraft techniques, we will explore how art can connect, inspire, and help us express ourselves. An important element will be our senses – hearing, sight, smell, touch, and taste.

Winter break at WRO is a space where creativity becomes a link between art and the experience of external stimuli in the company of felt, cotton, dyes, smells, and many natural materials, often part of our daily lives.

The workshop will be led by art therapist and art mediator Julia Czerwińska. All materials are provided and participation is free.

The number of places is limited. Registration is required by emailing zapisy@wrocenter.pl. In the content, please include the child’s name, age, and telephone contact information for the parent.
