Within the framework of the 7th edition of the Lower Silesian Festival of Architecture (DoFA), which takes place under the motto CITY IN GREEN this year, we would like to invite you to the meeting with Karolina Grzywnowicz. The meeting will be devoted to the Grün | Zielony project, launched as part of the program of the Eco Expanded City project in 2016, and is dedicated to the history and identity of the city recorded in plants. The Grün | Zielony project works as a website (grun.wrocenter.pl), where you can read stories related to plants important for the inhabitants of Wroclaw. You can also add your own story, anecdote and/or memory.

The DoFA ’17 takes place on October 20-27, 2017 in several locations in Wroclaw. For the first time in its history, it presents such a broad spectrum of activities by means of which the inhabitants can shape their own environment, i.e. self-created forms of greenery on balconies, terraces, roofs or in backyard gardens.

The DoFA’17 events and debates show the richness of these forms, highlight the importance of greenery in the city’s structure and indicate ways to make the best use of Wroclaw’s “green-blue” potential.
