As part of another trash-lab meeting, we invite you to a meeting with Ensemble Kompopolex and composer Monika Szpyrka (hosted by Marta Konieczna) and a concert by Ensemble Kompopolex. The programme will include sounds that co-sound with the elements of the exhibition and resonate with the space of the WRO Art Center.

Marta Konieczna – writes about music in the magazine “Glissando”, she makes soundscapes for Canti Spazializzati. After a bachelor’s degree in music in media at the Academy of Music in Łódź (where she comes from), she completed a master’s degree in musicology at the University of Wrocław. She has also published in “Ruch Muzyczny”, “Krytyka Polityczna” and “Dwutygodnik”.

Ensemble Kompopolex – Aleksandra Gołaj, Rafał Łuc, Jacek Sotomski – a trio specialising in contemporary music. They perform committed and engaging pieces, often abandoning their instruments in favour of cables, keyboards, dance and singing.
