We’ve invited our friend to conduct the workshop – artist Joytu Jahan, who comes from Bangladesh, lives in Wrocław, and studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts here.

Joytu will show us the Bangladeshi tradition of creating animal masks. We will also learn tricks to transform a piece of paper into a three-dimensional object.

Each person attending the workshop will cut a mask from a template, put it together, and decorate it. You can choose between two animals – a tiger to symbolize courage and strength or an owl to bring good luck – and then take it home.

We especially invite children with their parents and friends. Due to the complexity of the workshop, registration is required this time. Please send us an e-mail to the following address: zapisy@wrocenter.pl (with the number of participants, their age and contact number of the parent).

We provide all the materials. Participation in the workshop is free. The workshops will be conducted in English.
