We are present at this year’s paradoks festival in Leipzig.

We present a video disarming by our resident artist from the EMAP 2023 program – Emanuel Gollob. The work was also part of the 20th WRO Media Art Biennale 2023 Fungible Content / Fungible Content.

Paradoks – at the Edges of Documentary is a platform for diverse perspectives, both presented and challenged in terms of their socio-political conditions. Selected artists draw on visual anthropology, exploring disparate states of consciousness or bodily sensations evoked by cultural techniques such as research, scientific experiments, dance or music – becoming ways of examining the human condition.

Paradoks is a common project of GEGENkino and the Filmische Initiative Leipzig (FILZ).
