In the last week of the Interactive Playground exhibition at the IZONE gallery in Kiev, we invite young viewers to a workshop during which we’ll make the shadow play theatre. Using cardboard boxes, flashlights, paper cutouts and our own bodies and hands, we’ll try to fill the space with light and countless stories hidden in the shadows.
The workshop will be led by Sebastian Siepietowski – designer, cultural animator and stage designer. Engineer architect (Faculty of Architecture, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology). Graduate of the State School of Event and Cultural Managers and Librarians SKiBA and student of stage design at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw. Since 2016, a member of the Cloud Theater group and creator of the Prisma Artem interdisciplinary initiative. Graduate of the Alternative Theatre Academy. He collaborates on various design and workshop project with WRO Art Center in Wroclaw. He participated in many international and local artistic and theater projects, festivals and workshops. Currently under the wings of Cloud Theater, where he is developing a new form of artistic communication – a living drawing.
