Food is an element that connects us all. Regardless of the country or culture, our kitchen speaks for us as people. Migrant Food Language is a project of the Food Think Tank collective, based on the creation of a universal language of symbols understandable to everyone, anywhere in the world. A language that is a general communication tool, based on human senses and empathy, which allows to abandon all barriers.
The results of the work, collected during the two stages of the Migrant Food Language project, is presented at the WRO gallery now. The event takes the form of a culinary performance that will allow participants to experience a different perspective of eating, open themselves and better understand themselves as people.
The plan of the evening includes 3 sessions: 17:00, 19:00, 21:00
The number of places is limited, participation in the performance at the invitation.
The event takes place in almost complete blackout, ending the previous exhibition in the WRO gallery – a thematic path in the form of an interactive installation – entitled TURN ON THE LIGHT.
