Information on the processing of your personal data in connection with the program activity of the WRO Foundation
We would like to inform you that your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The administrator of your personal data is WRO Center for Media Art Foundation, based in Wroclaw, Kuznicza 29a, 50-138 Wroclaw, Poland.
The processing of your data is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The processing of your data takes place for the purposes of the information activities of the WRO Foundation’s, carried out in the form of a newsletter, e-mails, and/or SMS/MMS messages.
Your personal data is securely stored in the IT system of the WRO Foundation and processed for the aforementioned purposes for an indefinite period, but you can request access to your data and ask for their correction, supplement, minimising their processing or complete deletion at any time.
Your personal data will not be passed to third parties.
