When gay patriot Adam learns that his homeland Sodom is in danger of extinction, he decides to embark on a journey to save it. A Homeric adventure filled with doubt allows him to understand what is most important in life and whether the good of the country can measure up to his own happiness and true love.

When laws began to be enforced against homosexuals citing the sin of sodomy, these people unwittingly became Sodomites. Completely unrelated to the geographical land of the biblical city, they became citizens of a distant country. In the story I find hope for a new kind of organisation of society, unrelated to the law of blood or land, but to the feeling of belonging, of being part of a community.

Piotr Michalski (ig: @michalski.ptr) is a student of Media Art at the Szczecin Academy of Art. His work is based on life stories, which he inserts into fairy-tale absurd realities he has invented. He most eagerly works with the mediums of theatre and film. His work deals mainly with queer themes and is inspired by Hollywood cinema, pop culture camp, and love. His works, both individual and co-created, have been presented at the BWA Bielsko-Biała gallery and the New Horizons festival, among others.
