We would like to invite you to take part in another city walk – this time round city and architecture, themes close to the Mega-Lo-Polis exhibition at WRO Art Center. Part of the exhibition is a mock-up of the city, built of 400 used motherboards, occupying an area of ​​over 40m2.

We will be tracking the urban threads, going back in time looking at another buildings in the Krzyki district. During the walk we will improvise, sketch architectural details, draw maps and city paths. In this way, with the help of notes, sketches and associations, each one will create their own cards of the Subjective atlas of reality.

The walk will be led by Lena Czerniawska, an illustrator and Piotr Jakub Fereński, a lecturer in the Cultural Studies Institute, University of Wroclaw, and the Academy of Art and Design; urban researcher.

The walk will have a loose character, there are no age restrictions, and the drawing skills are not necessary. The walk will start at 10 and will take about 2-3 hours at the main entrance to the Sky Tower. Each participant will get a special drawing set.

The walk is for free, you don’t need to sign up.
