As part of the second part of the 2017 WRO Biennale Résumé exhibition, we invite you for another walking & drawing, this time – drawing archives. We are going to go to the WRO magazine, located in Zerniki Wroclawskie, where we will have the opportunity to listen to the history of the WRO Biennale, told by Piotr Krajewski, artistic director of the Biennale, and create another pages of the Subjective atlas of reality on the basis of his story and the archival objects and materials found in the magazine, using carbon, dry pastels, pencils and a rubber.
The event will be led by Piotr Krajewski and Lena Czerniawska, the Macondo cartoonist.
Walking is free, there are no age restrictions, and drawing skills are not necessary.
We start at 10 AM in front of the main entrance to the Wroclaw Glowny railway station, where we’ll take the train to Smardzów from (departure at 10.15 AM; the journey takes about 10 minutes, please purchase a ticket in advance – it costs about 4.50 PLN). We’ll have drawing sets for you prepared. The return journey is planned at 12.30 PM by bus 900P (it takes about 30 minutes to get back, please purchase a ticket in advance, it costs about 3 PLN).
