Employing clues from the poetry of Wakamatsu Jotaro (born 1935) and other poets from Minamisoma (a city 25 km away from Fukushima), the director weaves together voices and footage from the Fukushima prefecture as he serves as a local guide for photographers: Tsuyuguchi Keiji from Japan and Chung Chu-ha from Korea, and Nikolaus Geyrhalter, the Austrian director of the documentary film Pripyat, on their visits there.

Takamasa Iwasaki was born 1985 in Fukushima. He graduated in Film and Media from the Tohoku University of Art And Design (2016). His work was presented, among others, at the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival, Yamagata Biennale 2014, Sapporo International Art Festival 2014, Natural History-Hokkaido/Fukushima/Tokushima Exhibition. He was awarded the Saitama Visual Plaza and the Honorable Mention at the MEC Media Explorer Challenge (2014).
