Every week – since 2008 – we’ve been running Sunday Matinées specially for youngsters and their parents, during which we present Polish and international animated films, and carry both intermedia readings based on the latest children literature and workshops connected thematically with the the screening and current exhibition program of WRO.
The screenings always start at 12.30 PM. Come earlier and make yourselves comfortable. We open the gallery at 12 PM. Sunday Matinées are held in a relaxed and family atmosphere.
We have an elevator, so we’re easy to reach with the baby carriage. We’ve also got a baby change facility in the toilet.
AGE – answering frequent questions, animated films are of course for everyone 🙂 But we know from experience that the formula works best for children aged 3-8, although there is no rule here, and quite a few parents, naturally, come with children in different ages and everyone is having fun.
There is no need to sign up, but places are limited. Please, bear with us if we offer you an alternative form of spending time with us.
