Info

The workshop is addressed to people who are interested in art mediation within the Interactive Playground exhibition. The aim of the workshop is to share our experiences connected with working with visitors at different ages, both children and adults.

The first day is dedicated to getting to know better the WRO Art Center as an institution, its curatorial practices and specific approach to the audience. There will be time to discuss intersections and differences between art education, audience development, art mediation and few more terms connected with working with public of galleries and museums.

The second day will be focused on Interactive Playground – what is the basic concept of the exhibition, we’ll explain how the installations work and what is the story behind them, present the guide book, the Dog application for mobile devices and other possible events that could be created for the audience in Kiev.

Be ready for discussions, brainstorming, preparing mental maps and other creative excercises! We are also open for your proposals and ideas connected with the exhibition.

The workshop will be run by Magdalena Kreis and Agnieszka Kubicka-Dzieduszycka.
